Ambassador
Ambassadors are representatives of Chick-fil-A Jefferson Commons & Preston Hwy. They have learned our purpose, core values and guiding principles and influence our team to continuously grow in these areas. Ambassadors are dependable role models for our team. They hold to Pathway standards and are eager to learn more about our business.
Requirements
Selection process:
Eligible to apply 30 days after new hire evaluation.
Level 1 & 2 Pathway training completed.
Culture Exam.
Submit Ambassador application.
Approval from the Leadership Team.

Dependable.
A good reputation amongst our team and leaders.
Culture & hospitality advocates for our team and specifically new Team Members. Challenged weekly to welcome new hires, connect them with our team, and lead by example in displaying our cultural values

How to Become an Ambassador
1 - Complete the level 1 & 2 Pathway trainings.
2 - Fill out an application below.
3 - You will then be required to pass a culture exam.
4 - Upon completion of the following steps, the CEO will inform you on the decision made by the Leadership Team.
Coach
Coaches excel in Chick-fil-A values and knowledge. They are passionate about coaching and inspiring the team to become engaged in our culture and pursue operational excellence. Coaches are responsible for training new team members and holding the entire team accountable for Chick-fil-A standards. They consistently provide coaching and training for the entire team.

Selection process:
Level 3 & Winning Hearts Pathway training completed.
Submit the Coach Application.
Coach Exam.
Approval from the Leadership Team.
Qualifications:
Exceptional people skills.
Ability to coach appropriately and train on Chick-fil-A standards.
Ability to inspire others to fulfill our purpose, core values and guiding principles.
Adaptable, Professional, Coachable
Extensive knowledge of the Chick-fil-A® App.
How to Become a Coach
1 - Complete the level 3 & Winning Hearts Everyday Pathway training.
2 - Fill out the Coach application.
3 - Pass the Coach Exam.
4 - Once the exam is successfully completed, the Leadership Team will evaluate & vote on your promotion. Our Care Coordinator will inform you on the decision made by the Leadership Team.
Team Leader
Team Leaders assist our MOD in running the shift effectively. Team leaders are able to de-escalate conflict with our team members and guests. They must be able to run the shift independently. They assist in all areas of operations including shift operations, labor, food costs, cash management, team training, coaching and accountability. Our team leaders may also assist other area leaders in non-operational responsibilities to ensure the continued success of the restaurant.
Requirements
Selection process:
Eligible to apply 60 days after becoming a Trainer.
Must be 18 years or older to apply.
Show a commitment to our restaurant by consistently exhibiting and teaching our purpose, core values, and guiding principles.
Show consistent eagerness to learn and grow in our business.
Complete the Team Leader Checklist.
Must pass the Louisville Metro Food Service Manager Course.
Approved by the Directors, Officers, and Operator.
Qualifications:
Operational Expert.
Exhibits leadership qualities.
A passion for developing others.
Stable.
Conflict Resolution Skills.
Able to receive coaching with humility and respect.
How to Become a Team Leader
1 - Speak with Jonathan Crain about wanting to start the process of becoming a Team Leader.
2 - If approved, you will start going through the Team Leader checklist. You will be required to have knowledge and competency of all checklist items and have a leader sign off on each item.
3 - Once the checklist is completed the leadership team will vote on your promotion.
4 - Upon completion of the following steps you will be
notified of leaderships decision by Jonathan Crain.

Team Member Pay Structure
FOH: Over 18
Team Member: $15/hr
Ambassador: $15.75/hr
Coach: $16.50/hr
FOH: Under 18
Team Member: $12/hr
Ambassador: $12.75/hr
Coach: $13.50/hr
Catering Delivery Driver
$13/hr
Guarantee of a 2 hour clock in
Tips are accepted, but not guaranteed.
CFA Delivery Driver
$13/hr
Tips are accepted, but not guaranteed.
BOH: Over 18
Team Member: $16/hr
Coach: $17/hr
Employee Referral Program
Refer a friend to work at one of our 2 restaurants and receive a $250 bonus!
Your referred team member must complete 120 days of employment and not receive any documentations during this time to be eligible for the bonus. Your referral must put you as a reference on their application. You must notify our Talent Director of your referral when the employee is hired on.
