FAQ

  • 24 hour notice is preferred with all catering orders Pickup or Delivery. However, accommodations will be made for day-of orders based on order size, timeframe, and Restaurant staffing.

  • Every delivery order will include complimentary napkins, utensils, plates, and sauces. These items will be provided for pickup orders upon request. (Note: All Chick-fil-A Packaged Meals come with napkins, utensils, a mint, and mayo.)

  • We do not have additional delivery charges. Instead, our Delivery menu pricing is slightly higher than our Pickup pricing. This means that what you see on the menu is what you pay (plus tax). We do give you the option to tip your Delivery Driver if you would like to do so.

  • Set up and presentation are always included with your delivery order. We won't leave until your meal is dine-ready and the spread looks as good as it's going to taste.

  • For party-time, meeting time, or anytime, we've got the right menu for you. With great breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, including desserts and beverages, you'll be ready to impress your Guests at any time of the day. A single catering tray can serve up to 25 people and there is an array of options to choose from. Enjoy our Chick-fil-A® Nuggets or Chick-n-Strips™, Garden Salad, Fruit, Mac & Cheese, Chocolate Chunk Cookies, and Brownies. As an alternative to the catering tray, a Chick-fil-A Packaged Meal comes with your choice of individual entree and side items in a convenient, all-inclusive, single-serve, container.

  • Deliveries require a $150 minimum. We are also proud to deliver an excellent and personal experience with every catering order. We serve all of Metro Louisville, Bullitt County, & Bardstown, KY. We are committed to ensuring that your food will always be on time, hot, and complete with everything you need to enjoy.

  • All pick-up order guests will need to come into our Dining Room to receive your order.
